• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may qualify for:

  • a full refund,

  • appointment credit, or

  • rescheduling without penalty.

• Any cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time is non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
   

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying other appointments. Full service charges may still apply.
 

6. Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients should inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancies, or health concerns before receiving services.

Skin Rolling Massage is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

If you are under medical care, we recommend consulting your physician before booking services.
 

7. Professional Boundaries

We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, misconduct, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

9. Gift Certificates & Promotions

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
