At Skin Rolling Massage, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and massage services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking an appointment.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of wellness and massage services, all completed services are generally non-refundable.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may qualify for:

A full refund,

Appointment credit,

Rescheduling without penalty.
No Refund Within 12 Hours of Appointment
Any cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time is strictly non-refundable.
This policy helps protect appointment availability and therapist scheduling commitments.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the appointment may be subject to partial charges or booking credits at management’s discretion.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests related to medical emergencies or exceptional situations may be considered individually at our discretion.
